1. WINDOW 1 - Admission Slip
2. WINDOW 3 - High School Department Sectioning and Registration
    WINDOW 4 - College Department Room Assignment and Class Schedule
3. WINDOW 1 - Assessment of Fees (College only)

College New Students/Transferees

1. WINDOW 4 - Fill out Application Form and submit entry credentials (see above)
2. WINDOW 5 - Fill out Memorandum of Agreement and Guidance Record Sheet
3. Interview with the Prefect of Discipline (Sir Ruben R. Pajila)
4. WINDOW 1 - Submit MOA and payment of Entrance/Tuition Fees
5. WINDOW 4 - Get subject and class schedule
6. WINDOW 1 - Assessment of Fees

High School New Students/Transferees

1. WINDOW 3 - Fill out Application Form and submit entry credentials (see above)
